She took one of her patients – a 90-year-old – to the south and north entrance so she could play the piano. The patient had played the piano all of her life. She played for about 20 minutes and it her day! Thank you for going above and beyond for your patient. It’s things like this that makes people feel “human” and not like “a patient in a hospital.”
