I have watched Cailing pour her whole heart out to every patient she has taken since she began here at Mercy. She speaks to patients and families with love and compassion, she is always patient. She goes above and beyond for every single person she meets and cares for - even her colleagues! She never stops asking "What can I do for you?" or "How can I help you?" to her colleagues and is the ultimate team player. She leaves it all out there for her patients and their families, she cries with them, she comforts them, and overall she respects them. She is so kind and an exemplary example of what a loving caring nurse looks like.
