Caitee McAllister, RN

Caitlyn (Caitee) is a bright and shining example of a homegrown "Hilo girl". She is smart, friendly, respectful, compassionate, hardworking, and dedicated! She is a preceptor, charge nurse, Shared Governance chair, and all-around cheerleader for the unit. She has the ability to deal with the most difficult patients and situations and somehow still survives the day with a good attitude. Caitee makes the most stressful of situations seem like a "one-off" and sheds a different light on an otherwise terrible situation. She is looked at as a leader, advocate, and friend. Caitee goes out of her way to help new NRPs succeed even if it means staying late or having pep talks in the parking lot. There is no one that I would trust more with my family than Caitee!
