Caitlin is such a pleasure to work alongside. She's an incredible teammate, brilliant nurse, and very kind human. She is exactly the kind of nurse nurses want to work with - eager to help her coworkers, passionate about her patients and always advocating for them, and interested in making emergency nursing better. Caitlin involves herself in all aspects of the ED and actively seeks to better the department. She is a hard-worker who has a demonstrated record and is highly respected in the department. She routinely takes on the sickest patients and is seen as nurse other nurses can rely on and look up to. Every staff member has countless stories about her assisting with critical patients, staying over her shift to make sure safety is a priority, or remaining flexible to department needs. We are so lucky to have her on our team!
