Caitlin demonstrates excellent patient advocacy. Most recently advocating for a patient with a disease that causes pain. The patient vocalized wanting to go to child life to engage in time out of the room where they offer play services. The patient was a perfect candidate to use the services. Although the doctor was reluctant to let them go. Caitlin spoke up and advocated for the patient and presented the doctor with the benefits of child life services and how that would help the patient.
