The Doctor came in and gave me a post-op physical exam that left me in excruciating pain. I was actually in tears. Cait immediately jumped into action and held my hand while administering my meds. She held my hand and wiped my tears until I felt better. She didn’t just treat me like a patient, she treated me like I was a member of her family. Her bedside manner is genuine.
