Caitlin Crosby was recognized by a patient who shared how important Caitlin was to her during her recent hospitalization. This was especially meaningful to the patient since she was not allowed to have visitors. This was a very stressful time for the patient and she shared in the nomination that Caitlin "made her feel special." The nomination went on to say that everyone should feel as special as Caitlin made the patient feel. What a beautiful demonstration of our Franciscan values.
