Caitlin Gross, RN, CPN

Caitlyn has supported both my daughter and me through many days of our nearly month-long hospital stay thus far. Caitlyn is caring, nurturing, and extremely knowledgeable in her job. She has helped me learn how to effectively irrigate my daughter's bladder with help from the urology team. She has assisted me when I am doing her daily care. She explains medications to me upon each daily medication delivery and adjustment.

Caitlyn has been reassuring and helpful during the long seizure episodes that my daughter had in the early morning of 11/21. After she had her central line replaced with a Broviac Central line on 11/22, Caitlyn is helping me learn how to care for it and keep the line clean in daily care. Caitlyn is very cautious about not leaving caps, trash, etc., after med administration and TPN set up.

She is wonderful at keeping supplies organized and work areas tidied up. She has gone above and beyond in all aspects of patient care of support of our family as well. I would like her to know how appreciated she is, what has turned into a long and complicated hospitalization. I am reassured each day she walks in that my daughter is in very capable hands. That is priceless!
