When Caitlin first saw a problem with my daughter’s breathing pattern, she utilized all her resources. She called another nurse to assess her. She called the physician on call. She called Respiratory Therapy. She never gave up, knowing something wasn’t right. Caitlin was a great patient advocate for my daughter. We ended up being transferred to the PICU in Fargo. I honestly believe without Caitlin’s persistence and her excellent patient care, things could be very different. Caitlin went above and beyond that night! Thank You!
