2 Weeks ago Caitlin was called in because 2 other nurses couldn't get an IV in. They tried 4 times in my left arm after I told them they wouldn't be able to use my left arm. I have very small veins. The veins roll, too. Finally, they brought in Caitlin, and she inserted the needle into the vein on my right arm on the first attempt. She listened to me.

Earlier this week, she was my husband's nurse. She did the IV in one attempt. One night, she was my nurse right away. She listened and put it in my right arm without any pain! She listens to what I have to say and doesn't cause me any anxiety. She immediately got me medication after the brown drink caused me a very upset stomach. We think she is the greatest!
