Our daughter transferred to ACH from another ER with RSV. Her heart rate was staying at tachycardia levels, and she was not presenting like a typical RSV patient. Caitlin heard my concerns and took action. She was our saving grace. She listened and truly cared, and upon her immediate evaluation of my daughter, she [my daughter] was flagged as a sepsis red patient. Which brought an entire team to evaluate her. Caitlin saved my sanity, as I was emotionally drained and overwhelmed by our level of care until she came in. She continued to check on us for the remainder of our stay, even when she was not assigned to us.
