I would like to nominate Caitlin for her excellent bedside manner in the rooms and at triage. Caitlin has a direct and polite way when addressing patients and families. She is proactive in approaching the doctors in advocating for her patients' needs. She is the gold or rather the platinum standard of customer service here at DMP. I am so proud that she is on my team.
