A Mom delivered her daughter on Mother's Day and called to tell us all about her experience! She wanted to be sure we knew what a great job Caitlin does taking care of her patients. The story goes:
This Mom had her first son 5 years ago at our hospital, and while she said that was a great experience, she had a "wonderful" experience this time in L&D, because Caitlin went above and beyond. Caitlin was always calming and reassuring and she made she explained everything. She found her so supportive and knowledgeable, that she was surprised to learn she didn't have children of her own. She used the word "wonderful" more times than we can count. This Mom also said, "Caitlin just has it in her to be an amazing nurse."
