Caitlin has shown me kindness, caring and a beautiful compassion when I was struggling with breathing. I was crying and scared with my oxygen on. She put her arms around me and reassured me I was going to be alright, "just follow her breathing, breathe through your nose and out through your mouth." She stayed with me until I was stable and calm. I will never forget her kindness. I so appreciate her and thank her.
It's one thing for a nurse to just give your meds and be on their way. But when that nurse gets involved, healing really starts to happen. Thank you again, I am so grateful!
