I knew the minute Caitlin came into my room and introduced herself with her big smile that I was going to be in good hands. She has a positive, compassionate personality which made my stay more pleasant. She took the time to talk to me, explain what my progress was and updated me throughout the day with anything that was added to my chart. She came into my room and just chatted. I sincerely hope that she is recognized for being a genuinely good person, and exemplary employee and a delight to talk to. Thank you for everything!
