Caitlin, who works on the 4th Floor at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, was recognized by her patient who appreciated the smile on Caitlin's face and general concern with the patient's well-being. Her hospitable approach to care was one for a hotel guest and not necessarily someone in the hospital needing prescriptions and ongoing care. Caitlin went out of her way to ensure the patient's comfort - both in body and spirit. From communicating with the patient's doctors to reviewing her test schedule and overall plan, Caitlin was a 5-star liaison for the patient, and we are proud to present this award to her.
