Caitlin is nearly always the first person to respond to a call for assistance from another classmate. She has gone the extra mile to make instructional videos to help make things easier for others, trying to navigate the various learning platforms and resource materials. Caitlin is competent in dosage calculation and has provided extra help to classmates who struggled. During clinicals, Caitlin engages with patients in a personable manner that puts people at ease.

I have observed Caitlin interact with a variety of patients ranging from elderly/dementia, amputees, bariatric, and a variety of post-surgical patients. Caitlin treats every patient with respect, never forgets to interact with the patient, and always offers to attend to any other needs after our primary care objective is met.

Caitlin is skilled in assisting classmates in their learning and accomplishes this in a way that builds people up and does not make them feel lesser for not understanding a concept. Caitlin will be able to use these same skills to help patients with their discharge planning and home care.
