Caitlin Noonan, RN

I had a bone biopsy on my right big toe. Before this procedure, I was very nervous and anxious. Caitlin answered all my numerous questions in her calming voice. She stood right beside me, reassuring me that everything was going to be OK. Because of her bedside manner, I felt at ease during the procedure. She continued asking me questions to take my mind off what the doctors were doing during the procedure. She kept me calm and informed the whole time I was there. The cafeteria was closed, and I could feel my blood sugar dropping. Caitlin provided me with a snack after my procedure. I greatly appreciated that. I would like to nominate Caitlin for this much-deserved DAISY Award.
