Caitlin Osborn, RN, BSN
Caitlin made a world of difference in what could have been the most traumatic day of my life. She was so kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond for me. She was a great nurse during my preterm labor, making sure I was comfortable as possible. When the doctors called my emergency c-section she made sure I was calm by explaining everything that was happening. She helped my husband with coordinating tasks as well. The big moment was before delivery I told her I needed help coordinating pictures and time with my stillborn twin baby and she came to my rescue. She made sure I got to hold my baby as long as I wanted, took pictures, handprints, footprints, made them into cards, and laminated them for me to have forever. She also worked with the NICU team to make sure I got some pictures with both my babies before my baby girl was sent to the funeral home. I honestly couldn’t have or wouldn’t have come out of this with any sanity without her. She really and truly is a great nurse and person and I can’t say enough good things. I will always treasure the memory I got to make with my still daughter and she was the one who gave me that chance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
