I have been impressed with the upbeat and exceptional care of the staff. All staff members have been very complimentary of Good Shepherd and their employment. Many CNAs told me they were going back to school, and Caity has supported them in figuring out the process. Her willingness to help out others is amazing. It takes a great leader to have such a great staff.
