Caitlin embodies Wellstar’s value of serving with compassion. Caitlin goes above and beyond for her patients. She is always smiling and has high energy, spreading kindness to others. In addition, she helps team members who need help. Caitlin pursues excellence at work, school, and home. Caitlin has consistently met the extern work requirements. She ensures her annual ACA/RADs were completed on time, she does have some outstanding online modules due. In addition, her ability to precept new externs is outstanding. She ensures they are prepared with the skills, communication, and confidence to be successful externs. Also, she has successfully completed her Nursing Program! Caitlin honors every voice by listening to her patients and addressing their needs. She has completed her goals in her IDP by continuously improving her time management. She is comfortable doing tasks quickly and efficiently under pressure. Caitlin consistently seeks out new opportunities to grow and develop. I believe she has reached her goal of improving time management skills and performing tasks quickly and efficiently when pressure under pressure and more opportunities to draw blood. This is evidenced by her connection with the bedside workflow, and knowledge of the facility. She has really flourished in the critical care setting developing relationships with the leadership and the staff there. Caitlin is a true asset to the professional practice team. She has received multiple WOWs that reflect her work ethic. She was also recognized in the Extern Highlight for patient care. She has a strong relationship with ICU team members. She will be starting her residency at CHOA's PICU.
