From the moment she enters the OR,  Caitlin exemplifies professionalism and dedication. She consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment to patient safety and comfort, ensuring that every surgical procedure runs smoothly. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach have significantly improved our surgical team's efficiency and the overall patient experience.

One instance that stands out is during a recent spine procedure when she noticed a potential issue with the instrument setup. She promptly addressed it, preventing a potential delay and ensuring that the surgery proceeded without complications.

Caitlin’s calm demeanor and ability to think critically under pressure inspire confidence in both patients and team members.
Additionally, she goes above and beyond to support colleagues, sharing knowledge and offering mentorship to newer staff. Her positive attitude and collaborative spirit create a welcoming environment in the OR, making it a better place for everyone.
