The gentle, compassionate care Caitlin has given, the genuine empathy and concern she has shown us and her sincere interest in doing everything possible to alleviate my husbands pain and discomfort - creatively thinking - outside the box to do so - are the hallmarks of a truly gifted nurse. Caitlin re-positioned a lung pillow as a cushion to alleviate pain on a pressure ulcer - it worked! She coaxed my husband to finally use a pain medication regimen to ease his discomfort - it worked too! Caitlin always found a way to lighten the burden of a long, frustrating hospital stay. Her friendly smile and genuine kindness brightened our difficult days. We were blessed to have had such a wonderful nurse!
