My husband was recently admitted to Graham Hospital med-surg. To alleviate staff of much of care, I chose to stay with my husband for all but about 3 hrs a day. My husband can become irritated if I am not present, so I thought it best to stay so his frustration would be directed at me and not staff.

Caitlin Thrasher was such a comfort. Somehow she sensed how stressful my situation could become. Several times she entered his room informing me that he would be taken care of if I chose to go home. She would say how I needed some personal time to "get away". I would be a call away if needed. She was very sincere and comforting. I was touched by her encouragement and concern. How nice of this sweet nurse to sense my feelings during this hospital stay. You have no idea how she helped me by "being there". Her cares for my husband were outstanding. She did such a marvelous job. I will never forget this young lady. Graham Hospital you are lucky to have such an exceptional employee. Of course, my husband was the patient and deserved attention, however not only did Caitlin care for him, she also directed her attention to me at a time when it was much needed.
