Caitlin Williams, BSN, RN

First, I would like to convey that the entire staff here is outstanding! Not only are they friendly and competent, but they also make me feel as though I was at the top of their priorities and the focus of their attention. Today, I experienced a specific situation that made me especially thankful for Caitlin! I am an extremely private, introverted person. Nevertheless, Caitlin made me feel normal. While sitting on the commode I made a big mess and it was everywhere. I had thought the wipe I held would have to at least help with the clean-up but it was a MAJOR mess! Caitlin offered up the perfect solution. She asked if I would like a shower and shampoo. She did then right away and I doubt that had been on her schedule. I could not have felt better! She made everything better and never made me feel as though I was putting her out. She made a meaningful difference in my care!
