Caitlin is such a pleasure to work with. In the short time Caitlin has worked here at Asante she has exemplified what a great RN leader is. She is always available as a great resource for any question, she makes herself accessible when help is needed, and she does it with a smile. She never complains.
Caitlin often gives up her lunches and breaks to make sure we nurses get ours on busy days (we don't agree with this, but she insists.) Also, she often works extra hours when procedures run late so we won't have overtime. Caitlin even comes into work on her days off if we are short-handed.
Caitlin really cares about the Imaging/CVR RNs who are staffed under her wing and it shows in many different ways.
Besides being a great leader and coworker, Caitlin is the kindest person to patients. She gets on their level and will bend over backward to offer everything she can for a patient's comfort. You won't find a better or harder working RN than her.
