My son was admitted to the PICU with severe RSV. The next day, we had to leave for a few hours to attend a few doctor's appointments and run some errands. It is very hard to leave your baby at the hospital, but Caitey took her job very seriously. She did not rush through my son's care and held him and comforted him until I returned. Caitey was always very attentive. I never felt like she was inexperienced or that she did not want to be here. She loves her job and it shows.
