Caitlyn is very attentive, professional, and seems to know what she's doing and reacts quickly if you need something but mostly she took a few minutes to talk to me and my husband. This put our stress level down and her friendliness made us feel more secure. She did more than asking are you ok. She asked may I hold your hand or touch your head.
