Caitlyn Hill, RN

Caitlyn goes the extra mile in caring for patients in the perioperative period. She is always available to assist in difficult situations. In the OR, many times acuity is high and Caitlyn never breaks a sweat. Her efficiency and skilled hands are always appreciated. I know the OR schedule will run smoothly when she is the circulator. She actively listens to the needs of the techs, nurses, and physicians. Even if nothing is spoken she can sense when extra assistance is needed. She has the unique gift to be at the right place at the right time, even when you didn't realize you needed an extra set of hands. Caitlyn has a spectacular future in the OR. She is a true gem to surgical services and we are fortunate enough that she chooses to work with us!
