Caitlyn recently cared for our dad. We feel she went above and beyond her duties. She knew our dad was going to have a procedure - transport was backed up and didn't come for him. She personally wheeled him upstairs, so he wouldn't miss the procedure. We are so grateful - she ended up having to put in a new IV while up there and even waited and brought him back down to his room.
She went out of her way to keep us informed about scheduled procedures and consults and was very warm and caring. She is very deserving of any special recognition!
