Caitlyn has been caring for my wife, during the day for the past few days, and has done an excellent job. With not only her core responsibilities but also with her outstanding attitude and manner. I find Caitlyn to be a competent provider and a consummate professional. Always having C’s best interest in mind. Caitlyn is attentive, responsive, a good listener, very uplifting, and caring.

In one specific example, Caitlyn was successful in the administration of a shot that my wife was dreading, because of the pain she had experienced previously. Through her care and preparation of the daily shot, my wife did not experience the previous discomfort that she felt before. Caitlyn took the time to address any queries that we had as well as going the extra mile to ensure C was comfortable and that all needs were addressed. She must be commended for her excellent service and support!
