During such a helpless, tragic and undefined circumstance, Caitlyn brought me reassurance, agape love and hope.

My stay at Doctors Hospital was unexpected and scary. Through all of my life, never had I ever had surgeries or the absence of immediate family and loved ones. With my father passing away in the last year and a half, life for me has been tumultuous. Caitlyn assured me without hesitation that the doctor and ALL staff here would place my health and welfare in the best of care. With heart in hand, she stated that she herself would choose them for her own care. Caitlyn, through experience, education, and the Holy Spirit, encompasses agape love. It is the hands and feet of life's purpose. In my faith, she is reflected best/through compassion of godly love. She serves through her purpose to support and protect the greatness of her team, and her ethics in the medical field.

Is she nice? Yes!! Did she question me as to my patient's responsibility to be truthful and to follow doctor orders? Always!! She balances rigor, relevance, and specifics of the profession. 

Caitlyn gave me the gift of hope. She humbled herself privately that she, too, has had "life" and "hurts" in an ER. Always punctual, thinking ahead proactively of my medical needs, as well as saying hello and goodbye with amazing grace and a smile.  I will always remember her. She's more than a daisy.
