Caitlyn Nichols, RN

Being 35 years old and having a major heart attack is scary and traumatic. When Caitlyn was my nurse, her positive and upbeat demeanor helped put me at ease. She always asked if I needed anything (like when she helped me brush my hair or the time that she brought me deodorant because I smelled so bad, and it was making me feel sad). Even though Caitlyn was extremely busy, she always made me feel like I was her only patient. She would ask about me like what I do, my kids, my husband, and my dogs. It can get depressing laying flat 24/7 in a bed with no visitors. It almost makes a person hopeless for the future. She really helped keep me distracted. We had many laughs. You can tell the passion she has for her job. She definitely made me feel special and happy.
