Caitlyn Carberry advocated for a patient on Stanton 3 who was having back pain and an abnormal rhythm on the telemetry monitor. The MD saw the patient and did not have any concerns; however, Caitlyn had a gut feeling that something was not right. She continued to advocate for the patient and insisted on further imaging. The imaging ended up showing a large PR bleed. Because of Caitlyn's advocacy, the patient was able to get the treatment he needed. Caitlyn is a dedicated nurse.
