Caitriona is a passionate advocate for improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. Looking back from the day she joined SKGH, I trusted her ways that she will be a “Transformational Leader”. She is a selfless person I would say, and because of her powerful words and convincing character, she is “our department pride” representing nursing in several committees and initiatives of SKGH. Her lovely smile and strong, charismatic personality brought the SKGH ED team together and brought a high spirit of unity to achieve a high standard of care in spite of ups and downs. The department and SKGH are now renowned as the “Best Nursing Care Provider," not only in the Northern Region but in the UAE. Her many contributions to ED and SKGH are remarkable. Indeed, she epitomizes a true “DAISY Nurse Leader”.
