Cale Wilson, RN

I was the charge RN, and one of my patients wasn’t doing well. I had received a bunch of orders for this patient towards the end of my shift, in addition to still having to manage my other patients. I was spiraling, venting about how busy I was going to be, and I wasn’t sure how I was going to get it all done. Cale listened to me complain and immediately asked what he could do to help, without hesitation he said “I’ll hang your TPN and we will get this NG and foley in together.” Cale is so kind to everyone, coworkers and patients alike. He could be drowning in his own tasks and still ask, “What can I do to help?” Cale is a great member of our team, and I am proud to call him a friend and a co-worker. He is an invaluable member of our unit.
