Caleb Brubaker, BSN, CEN, MICN,TNCC

Caleb brings such a light and positive energy to Memorial Medical Center every single shift. He is a leader, a mentor, and the definition of “teamwork”. Today was a wonderful example of how Caleb shines in his role. While caring for a critically ill patient he was able to immediately connect with a very anxious, stressed family. He connected them back to purpose, their loved one. He supported them and rallied them to work together for the patient's best interests. It was impressive. Caleb is a valued member of the Memorial Medical Center Emergency Department team as he has been for more than 20 yrs.
