Caleb as a new employee at WDH Caleb has excelled in many aspects. He's definitely the nurse you want on your team for the day. Caleb manages a complex assignment and is always found asking others what he can do to help and if any patients need anything. He truly has the "We Care" attitude.
Caleb always meets patients where they are in their life and never judges them. He always has a smile on his face and always takes the extra couple minutes to listen to a patient tell a story amidst the busy part of his day.
