Caleb Hinton was nominated by a supervisor who met a former patient in the community. This woman stated that she is frequently in the hospital and was recently admitted. She stated that she had Caleb for her nurse. Although all of the nurses are good, Caleb is the best. She described Caleb as kind, compassionate, and was there for her. She stated that he always checked on her and she never had to call. When the supervisor gave Caleb the feedback, he simply thanked her and said he really doesn't do anything special. She stated that he really does. Patients first is what he does, what he lives. Caleb is the embodiment of Ochsner's Mission and Values.
