Cali is an excellent nurse and she is very caring and compassionate about the care she gives to patients. Cali takes the time to get to know her patients and goes above and beyond to provide the excellent care they need. She listens to her patients' needs and has even taken her personal time to go to the store and buy things for her patients. From books for them to read and keep them occupied to personal toiletries. Cali has so much compassion for her patients that when she heard that one of her patients had passed away, she sent a flower arrangement to the funeral home. This is how much of a caring and compassionate nurse she is.
Cali is also very caring and compassionate about her coworkers. She is always helping other staff members when she notices that they are getting overwhelmed or have a patient that is declining. Cali will step in and assist the doctors and the CNAs. She is truly a caring and compassionate nurse and is a tremendous asset to Cape Fear Valley Health System.
