I am writing on behalf of M's family. The family might not be able to express their gratitude at this time, due to their grieving. Callie Froebel took great care of M every single time; she went above and beyond every single shift. She not only was extremely competent and compassionate with her care, but she connected with M on a peer-to-peer level. She was able to help M enjoy this past couple of weeks. They talked of other things than her illness. I saw M's face light up every time Callie walked in. She is a natural! And we are lucky to have her.
