Callie Marshall, RN

Recently we had the privilege of recognizing Patient Care Supervisor, Callie Marshall as a DAISY Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. Callie Marshall joined Singing River Health System in April of 1992 as a Nursing Supervisor and has been in that role since. Callie has dedicated 30 years of service to Singing River, her patients, her coworkers, and the community. The DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses has been adopted by healthcare facilities around the world to celebrate nurses for their extraordinary care and compassion. DAISY Lifetime Achievement Award Honorees are selected based on being a distinguished nurse in clinical practice, administration, education, and/or research that promote a positive image of professional nursing; engages in the professional development of self and others; serve as a role model and advocate for nursing practice and the advancement of nursing as a professional; and has over 25 years of service in the profession.
