Callie provides exceptional care to her patients and is a very strong advocate.  Her patients and team never get the impression that she is too busy.  Despite adversity, Callie takes the calling of her life very seriously and continues to walk it out boldly and confidently.   She is always challenging herself with new hobbies and skills.  She is passionate about life itself.   She is a wonderful nurse who goes above and beyond picking up hours to help her team when needed.  As a relief charge, we can count on her to do an exceptional job.  Callie takes initiative, has great follow-up and follow-through, and handles complex issues on the unit with ease.  Callie growth within our department is beyond measure.  Her strong skills make her a huge asset and an excellent resource.  The team feels supported and secure when she is working. We are very proud of her accomplishments completing her MBA and working on her MSN.  Callie exemplifies what the DAISY is all about.
