My teenage son had CATH procedure today and Calvin John exhibited excellent customer service the minute we walked beyond the double doors. He immediately established a relationship with my son and fully explained every step up the process. Calvin was very transparent in his explanation of every service provided by him. My son doesn’t like to have an IV placed in his arm and Calvin used a UV device to find the best vein in my son’s arm that would not cause him discomfort. Calvin explained how the device works and showed my son the veins in his arm. It was nice to see my son relax and smile back at Calvin. No one has ever used such a device on my son to find his veins. Normally the nurses have a difficult time finding his veins.
