CALVIN TACEY, RN

Calvin is a phenomenal nurse and an even better person. Calvin is always calm, cool, and collected, especially during stressful situations. One example of Calvin's quick thinking: A patient being registered at the front triage desk slipped out of the wheelchair due to a seizure. Calvin, who was in the process area, heard the commotion at the desk - while many staff members came to render aid, Calvin took control of the situation, lifting the patient up to put her on a stretcher on his own. With Calvin's quick thinking, we were able to get the patient to a CAT bed to be evaluated by a medical provider.
