Calynn was an amazing Nurse. I will always be so grateful for the care Calynn provided me while admitted to the hospital. It was hard to feel so miserable, be away from my family and to be facing a potentially very scary diagnosis. Calynn was so kind and compassionate. Calynn always made sure I knew what was going on and explained things so well to me. Calynn checked on me regularly always making sure I was ok, comfortable, and checking if there was anything I needed. Calynn got my personality and humor and was able to share laughs with me, which made me feel comfortable and at ease and was a great distraction. But also knew what to say when I had moments of panic and tears. Calynn made a hard few days much easier to face. Anyone in Calynn’s care is incredibly lucky to have them. The kind of person Calynn is, she deserves to be recognized and celebrated.
