She came into our room with a big smile, which made my brother immediately feel better. She had a polite demeanor, was sweet, and very helpful. She continuously asked how my brother was doing and if he needed anything. I never want to be a patient but if I was, I would want her to be my nurse.

My husband came into the ER with severe pain, dehydration, vomiting, and chills from a recurring kidney stone issue. After being annoyed with the wait and admitting process, she turned the experience around. She was kind, prompt, and personable and exceeded even the highest expectations. She exhibited the very best qualities of a medical professional. Her patient-centered care truly made such a stressful ordeal so much better, dare I say, enjoyable.
