Cameron Foster, RN

I was called to speak with a patient that was requesting to speak to the charge nurse. The patient had been here for about 16 hours and wanted me to know that his nurse Cameron Foster did an outstanding job caring for him and his neighboring patient. The patient continued to explain to me how patient and compassionate Cameron was, and stated ‘there are not many nurses like him’. The patient made sure to emphasize that Cameron was very attentive to all his needs and was timely in delivering care to them all. He also told me that Cameron stood at the bedside and held his hand when the patient told them about his recently deceased daughter. This is the type of compassion that we should all strive to give our patients. I have worked next to Cameron multiple times and have witnessed these attributes firsthand. I would like to forward this so that we may be able to share this with his colleagues and send out a round of applause for this wonderful nurse!
