From the moment we arrived at the step-down unit, there was no request that was not met quickly and with the most pleasant demeanor by Camila. She took extra time to explain all meds being issued, kept us informed of upcoming events, and was always cheerful regardless of the request.

Exceptional bedside manner! Her unique ability to provide the level of support to us while juggling 10 critical patients is a testament to her ability to manage her time effectively and efficiently.
