February 2017 Honoree
camille clark, RN, BSN
Camille was the first nurse in the NICU when our son was born a month early and barely alive. While I was recovering, she was fighting to save our son while his father watched. She was very good at explaining what was happening and why, even when it was all happening quickly. As our son grew stronger, she was there teaching us new ways to feed him and encouraging us not to get frustrated or upset when he wouldn't breastfeed. Her years of experience were a comfort and a blessing to us and we are so grateful that she could be part of our new journey as parents.
Thank you, Camille, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
